Notes:

ALL bookings are subject to a compulsory £75 Service and Cleaning charge which includes apartment preparation, linen, towels and final cleaning.
A deposit of the equivalent of a 3 night stay is required to secure the reservation.
The remainder of the monies is required a minimum of 28 days prior to the stay.
If booking within 28 days of staying, the whole cost is due.
Payment is required by BANK TRANSFER in GB pounds or via PayPal.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel the booking:

Up to 4 weeks prior to arrival - full refund of monies paid less £10 administration charge.
From 4 to 2 weeks prior to arrival - refund of monies paid less the cost of one night's stay
From 2 weeks prior to arrival - refund of monies paid less the cost of three nights' stay.
